Hines #46931241 Sue Loftice (1929-2012) McKINNEY - Sue Evelyn Loftice, age 83, of McKinney passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012, in McKinney. Sue was born April 16, 1929, in McKinney to Jim and Willie (Stice) Knox. She married Billy Ray Loftice on October 17, 1945, in McKinney. Sue was a member of First Christian Church in McKinney. She is survived by her daughter, Jimann Woods and husband, Brent of Whitesboro; grandchildren, Valerie Grygar, Natalie Woods, and Ryan Woods; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Loftice of McKinney, and Venita Loftice of Gilmer, Texas; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, September 17, 2012, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas with Dr. Neill Grimes officiating. Interment will follow at Melissa Cemetery in Melissa. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 6 - 8 p.m., Sunday evening at the funeral home.
