Bio

Edgar died at age 80. A trustee of St. John's Township for many years, Edgar also was a 42-year member of Missouri Valley Lodge 170, IOOF, and a past noble grand and trustee of that group. He was survived by his wife, Mary; son, Kenneth of Missouri Valley; daughters, Mrs. Ada Carter and Miss Lois Cox of Omaha; one brother, Alex of Missouri Valley; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Laughery of Glendale, California; and one grandson.
