Bio

He was the son of Sanford Mann and Matilda A. Robinson who married 24 Oct 1865 in DeKalb County, TN. Matilda died prior to the 1900 census. Horace was enumerated with his parents and siblings on 24 Oct 1880 in Dowelltown, DeKalb County, TN. His name was written down "Harris" by the person taking the census. Horace married Rebecca H. Beasley probably in December of 1903 or early 1904. Their marriage license was issued and reported in the 5 Dec 1903 issue of the Dallas Morning News.
