Bio

Born in Osceola, Mr. Saddoris was a Des Moines resident for 31 years, formerly living in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Osceola. He was an ice station attendant at Seventeenth street and Ingersoil avenue until his retirement in October, 1956. On June 10, 1911 Jesse married Flora M. Steele. They ahd six children. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Newton and Arthilla (Williams) Saddoris. Surviving are his widow, Flora; three sons, Eldon, Don, and Russell, and one daughter Mrs. Arthilla Pickett of Des Moines; one sister Mrs. Goldie Gotchall and one brother, Samuel Saddoris, both of Lincoln, Nebraska, and eight grandchildren.
