Obituary (from the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow funeral home website): Martha Grace Bond, age 66, of Westminster, Texas passed away December 28, 2007. She was born November 7, 1941, in Edgewood, Texas to N. T. and Pearl (McLemee) Gothard. On September 21, 1974, she married Kenneth Bond in McKinney. Mrs. Bond was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; son, Randy Busby of Blue Ridge; daughters, Jana Cox of Baltimore, MD, Marilyn Nichols of Blue Ridge, and Cherilyn Gatten of Blue Ridge; step-daughter, Karen Montano of Sherman; fifteen grandchildren; brothers, Pete Gothard of Arizona, John Gothard of Murchison, and Bobby Gothard of Wylie; and sisters, Faye Woods of Kemp, TX, Mary Brumit of Copeville, TX and Wanda Fox of Royce City. Preceding her in death were her parents; daughter, Marla Ned; brother, Charles Gothard; and sisters, Geneva Stedman, Barbara Dillion and Wyvonne Bristow. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 31, 2007 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. James Short officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
