Mrs. Mary O. Hardin, age 72, of McKinney, Texas, passed away December 19, 2004, at her home. She was born October 6, 1932, in McKinney to Travis and Sylvia (McCullough) McDearmon. She married Howell Wayne Hardin on April 7, 1950, in McKinney. Mrs. Hardin retired from the McKinney ISD and had been a homemaker for the last several years, and a member of East Fork Baptist Church. Mary was a devoted wife and her life centered around her love for her children and grandchildren. Mary is survived by her husband, Howell Hardin of McKinney, Texas; daughters, Kay Stevens and husband, David of McKinney, Texas, and Peggy Jeffcoat and husband, Tommy of Allen, Texas; son, Larry Hardin and wife, Cathy of Coppell, Texas; grandsons, Chad Stevens of McKinney, Texas, Matt Jeffcoat of Allen, Texas, and Leslee Hardin of Coppell, Texas; sister, Delores Fuller and husband, John of Henderson, Nevada; and brother, J. W. McDearmon of Wills Point, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Colon McDearmon; and sister, Opal Pence. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Monday, December 20, 2004, at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
