McKinney, Texas -- Mr. Colon McDearmon, age 64, of McKinney, Texas passed away on December 9, 2003, in McKinney, Texas. He was born on September 26, 1929, in McKinney, Texas to Travis and Sylvia (McCullough) McDearmon. He married Doris Davis in 1954 in McKinney, Texas. Mr. McDearmon was a laborer for Chrysler Boat Company. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife, Doris McDearmon of McKinney, Texas; sons, Michael McDearmon of California, Ronald McDearmon of Dallas, Texas, Donald McDearmon of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Michael McDearmon of Allen, Texas and Preston McDearmon of Plano, Texas; great grandchildren, Kailey Morgan of Allen, Texas and Laci McDearmon of Plano, Texas, Tara and Trever McDearmon both of Allen, Texas; brother, Jim McDearmon of Grand Saline, Texas; and sisters, Mary Hardin of McKinney, Texas and Delores Fuller of Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. McDearmon was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Opal Pence. A graveside service will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, December 12, 2003 at Ridgeview Memorial Park.
