Bio

Herald Coaster, March 3, 1960: Final rites for Willie C. Richter, 61, of Needville, were held on Sunday in the E & R Church, with Rev. Edwin Weltge officiating. Survivors were his wife, Mrs. Ida Richter of Needville; two sons, Harvey and Ivan of Needville; one grandchild; four brothers, Walter of Beasley, Rudolph of La Grange, Robert of Corpus Christi, and Al of Lubbock; two sisters, Mrs. Meta Stade of Brenham and Mrs. Ida Bremser of Wharton. Pallbearers were Norman Richter, Frankie Skrivanek, Hernecke, Bruce Wernecke, and Walter Wernecke. Burial was in the Greenlawn Memorial Park.
