SGT. L BEDNAR FOURTH VICTIM OF AUTO CRASH FUNERAL SERVICES ARE HELD AT LA GRANGE Sgt. Lad Bednar, son of Cyril Bednar, died at a hospital in El Paso, fourth victim of an automobile crash that took the lives of his brother, Louis Bednar, Mrs. Bednar, and their Little Daughter, Patricia Jean, of Lowell, Arizona, while the party was near El Paso, en route to La Grange and Wesley to visit relatives. The body of Sgt. Bednar, whose death resulted from a fractured skull received in the wreck, was taken to LaGrange, where funeral services were held Monday. His brother and wife and their little daughter had been buried there a week previously, in the LaGrange Catholic cemetery. Sgt. Bednar was a member of the Bednar and Janes families of Wesley and a brother of Miss Mary Bednar of Burton.
