PAMPA - Cliff W. Martin, 81, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Paul Nachtigall of Highland Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mr. Martin was born Nov. 22, 1929, in Wichita, Kan. He was a backhoe operator and pipeliner, and later formed his own fencing business. Survivors include six daughters, Alice Hall of Goodwell, Okla., Joanne Willoughby, Mary Atchley, Shirley Ledford and Judy Cox, all of Pampa, and Joyce Penney of Alamogordo, N.M.; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Hazel McGoyne and Nita Moore, both of El Dorado, Kan.; and two brothers, Vernon Martin of Longton, Kan., and Pete Martin of El Dorado.
