Bio
Anetta E. Moore, 77, passed away at her home on June 23, 2017. Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Carlson Funeral Home, El Dorado. Burial will be in Sunset Lawns Cemetery. Anetta was born on June 9, 1940, in El Dorado, the daughter of John M. and Iva L. (Snyder) Martin. Anetta was united in marriage to Manford Moore, Sr. in June of 1959. She was the co-owner of M and M Trucking of El Dorado, and worked for many years for Avon becoming a team leader and group coordinator. Anetta was an active member in the El Dorado Saddle Club and served as its treasurer. She had the unique talent of yodeling which served her well walking home from school by scaring off wildlife. Anetta was the matriarch of her family, raising their children and providing a good home. Her loving family includes: her children, Mary (Art) Thomison of El Dorado, Tina (Tracy) Bale of Latham, Bonnie (Erick) Dahl of El Dorado, and Fred (Stephanie) Moore of El Dorado; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son Manford "Butch" Moore, Jr. Memorial contributions in her name may be directed to the Harry Hynes Hospice.
