Joyce Ann Greinert, 75, died Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at the Brenham Care Center. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Monday, December 13, at College Station Cemetery, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m., at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in College Station. Services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. Published in The Bryan-College Station Eagle on December 9, 2010 --------------------- December 2, 1935 – December 7, 2010 Joyce (Mikus) Greinert, 75, of College Station, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2010, at The Care Center in Brenham, Texas. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 13 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 1001 Woodcreek Drive in College Station. Joyce was born December 2, 1935 in Austin, Texas, to Ben and Lorene Becker Mikus. She was a graduate of Austin High School. She married Calvin Greinert on June 28, 1953. Joyce was a homemaker and kept books for the family hardware business for many years. She was an avid bridge player and considered her bridge partners as family. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. Survivors include her daughter Rhonda Ehlert and husband, Paul of Brenham; son Ron Greinert and wife, Diane of Bryan; grandchildren, Kris Ehlert and wife, Leisha of Austin, Amy and her husband, Dr. Mark Trevino of Augusta, Ga., Wesley Greinert, Kirsten Greinert, and Shawn Greinert of Bryan; four great-grandchildren, Joseph Greinert, Elle and Eli Ehlert, and Will Trevino; brother, Bennie Mikus and wife, Linda of Terrell; sisters-in-law, Nelda Steinkamp of Brenham and Aline Kautz of Round Rock; nieces, Laura Kathleen Henggeler, Doris Kohring, Glynda Vanecek and their families; nephews, Randy Mikus, Dennis Steinkamp, David Kautz and their families.
