9lOBITUARY FROM THE LIBERTY VINDICATOR, Thursday, June 25, 1964 FINAL RITES TUESDAY FOR MRS. F. KOMAREK DAYTON--Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Marie Komarek of the Eastgate community were held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, in Saint Anne's Catholic Church at Eastgate with Rev. A. J. Pavelka officiating. Mrs. Komarek, 71, died Saturday night, June 20, in M.D. Anderson Hospital, Houston, following a lengthy illness. She was a member of Saint Anne's Catholic Church and the Altar Society. Survivors are her husband, Joseph Komarek; three sons, Ernest and Jerry Komarek, Houston; Frank Komarek, Pasadena; two daughters, Mrs. C. L. Korenek, Pasadena and Mrs. L. P. Wojcik, Houston; one brother, Joe Pirkl, Houston and 12 granchildren. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday night in the Sterling Funeral Chapel. Burial was in the Eastgate Cemetery under the direction of James B. Sterling Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Charles Korenek, Stanley Korenek, Daniel Korenek, Clarence Philpot, Ervin Pirkl and Louis Wojcik. Honorary pallbearers were Richard Pirkl and Oscar Pirkl.
