Bio
He was the son of Robert Lee Long, Sr. and Nellie Gray Hill Long. He married Barbara Dean Houser on July 26, 1969 in Dallas, Texas. He worked as an installer in the manufacturing industry, and was a member of the Baptist Church as well as a member of the Moose Lodge. He is survived by his mother of Hamilton, Texas; wife of Leonard, Texas; son, Gary Long of Carrollton, Texas; daughters Angie Miller of Leonard, Texas and Donna Williams of Carrollton, Texas; sister, Verde Carson of Hamilton; brothers Donnie Long of Arlington, Texas and Jimmy Long of Ben Franklin, Texas; 6 grandchiildren; 1 great granddaughter. He was preceeded in death by his father and a sister, Carlotte Calvery.
