Donnie was the son of Robert Lee Long Sr & Nellie Gray Hill Long. He had 4 half brothers Gaines Edward Long, Mike Allen Long, Charles Woodrow Long & Paul Luther Long by his Dad and 2 full brothers Robert Lee Long Jr & Jimmy Dale Long. 2 half sisters Verda Nell Thompson Carson & Charlotte Ann Thompson Calvery by his step Dad William Franklin Thompson and Nellie Gray Hill Long Thompson. He was a US Army veteran., A Loving Husband to Betty Jo Long until her death in 1985. Loving husband to Patsy Diane Long until his death.
