Graveside services for Wilbur Gene Matous, 67, of Temple will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with full military honors. Mr. Matous died Monday, Nov. 22, at his home. He was born on Aug. 16, 1943, to William Joseph and Henrietta Cabla Matous in Bell County. He retired from the U.S. Army as a staff sergeant after serving in the Gulf War.
