Services for Emma Plucar, 83, Toledo, who died Tuesday at Bethesda Care Center, Toledo, will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Mason-Hand Funeral Home, Tama. Burial will be in National Cemetery, rural Vining. Mrs. Plucar was born Sept. 16, 1903 in Tama County to Josef and Anna Pavlicek Dostal. On Jan. 25, 1925 she married Alfonz Plucar and they lived in the Clutier and Elberon areas. She worked as a housekeeper in the Tama and Benton County areas until her marriage and then she worked in restaurants and in many homes as a babysitter. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1934, four brothers, four sisters and a great-grandchild.
