Bio

Lincoln E. "Link" Elzner, 72, Klamath Falls, former long-time Malin resident died Dec. 11, 1998 at Rogue Valley Medical Center after a sudden illness. Mr. Elzner was born to early Malin homesteaders, Mary and Frank Elzner. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a life-long resident of Klamath County with farming interests in Malin. Mr. Elzner was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his family. Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Linda and Dennis Campbell of Klamath Falls; daughters, Jeanne Shockley of Portland and Sara Elzner of Klamath Fals, sons and daughters-in-law, Bob and Julie Elzner of Klamath Falls, Richard and Dana Elzner of Reddingk and Alan and Klley Elzner of Bend; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Taylor of Mailn and Eily Loerke of Lakeport, Calif.; and numerous couisns, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Elzner.
