Bio

Mary LaUna Duckett married Charley Adron Featherston on February 7, 1948. They had 3 children, Ricky Lynn, Deborah Kaye and Dicky Glynn. They had 7 grandchildren, Patrick Featherston, Elishia Featherston, David Featherston, Charles Featherston, Jeremy Featherston, Joe Thiel and Justin Thiel. When the pastor giving her eulogy asked her family what they remember most about their mom and grandma...the reply he got the most frequently was.."she was the greatest cook ever". She was also one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. Whether she was cooking, cleaning, working in her garden, tending her roses or managing her business...a sewing factory. No one could keep up with her. She loved her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. We miss you Mamaw!!
