James B. Fulmer, 83, passed away Monday, Oct. 11, 2010. Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Friday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. James was born Feb. 5, 1927, in Tioga to Allie and James R. Fulmer. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He had been a member of Birdville Baptist Church since July 28, 1957. Survivors: Wife, Erma Jean Fulmer; daughters, Rebecca Eades, Donna Key and Judy Swaim; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Faye Green.
