Bio
John was the son of Pleasant Moses Mask and 2. Patsey Hall. He married Rebecca Jane Neyland on June 26, 1835 in Sumter Co., Georgia. Their children are William H., John T., Charlotte Jane, Mary Ann Elizabeth, Martha A., James W., Caroline C., Emily Conrad, Dr. Wesley Byron Mask Sr. (great-great-grandfather of my children), twins Dr. Thomas Warren and Sarah Alabama, and R. R. Mask. John had one brother, William M(oses?) Mask, born 1813 Richmond Co., NC, died Nov. 23, 1888 Sumter Co., Georgia. He married Louisa F. They had 3 sons - Joseph, Ruben and Isham Wade Mask born 1860. Pleasant Moses Mask b. 1749=50 was the son of John Mask Sr. and Catherine Dickerson.--Shirley Burks Wells
