Frankfort, Kansas, Index Thursday, August 21, 1969 George Vincent Koch, the sixth child of John and Marcella Koch, was born March 26, 1910 on the Pitsch homestead northeast of Frankfort, Kansas and passed away at his home northeast of Frankfort on August 14, 1969. He was united in marriage to Marie Pitsch on August 13, 1938 at Frankfort, Kansas. To this union was born one son and three daughters, David Koch, Fort Collins, Colorado; Mary Ann Koch, Omaha, Nebraska; Mrs. Dale (Lila) Reynolds, Topeka, Kansas and Carol Koch, Topeka, Kansas. He is also survived by six brothers and six sisters, Leo Koch, Herkimer, Kansas, Cecil Koch, Frankfort, Kansas, Jack and James Koch, Denver, Colorado, Kenneth Koch, Old Ocean, Texas, William C. Koch, Marysville, Kansas; Mrs. Leo (Marie) Noller and Mrs. Herbert (Leona) Houtz, Marysville, Kansas, Mrs. Dean (Blanche) Stratton, Beloit, Kansas, Mrs. Clyde (Nellie) Shanek, Waterville, Kansas, Mrs. Dee (Thomasine) Cope, Frankfort, Kansas and Mrs. Kathyrn Thompson, 28 nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Paul Koch. He spent his entire life in Marshall County, the majority of which he was engaged in farming. Services were held at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, August 16, 1969 in the Annunciation Catholic Church. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Frankfort, Kansas.
