Note: All census records list birth location as Kentucky. The obituary lists England. ******************************************** The Emporia Gazette, 28 Aug 1911, Mon DEATH OF MRS. SEDGWICK The body of Mrs. Sedgwick, who died yesterday in Parsons, was brought to Emporia Monday for interment in Maplewood Cemetery. No services were held in Emporia. Mrs. Sedgwick lived in Emporia about fifteen years ago and was the mother of the late T. N. Sedgwick. She was born in England and lived in Illinois before coming to Emporia. She went with Mr. and Mrs. T. N. Sedgwick to Parsons and lived with Mrs. Sedgwick after Mrs. Sedgwick's death.
