August Luedtke is documented on his Citizenship Certificate that he was a native of Prussia. The Certificate is dated 16 December 1879. Was sworn before the Circuit Court of Waukesha County Wisconsin, renouncing William !st, King of Prussia. At the time, this area is controlled by Germany. The certificate was certified 6 July 1880 and is a part of the collection of his Homestead Records.
