Bio

Lewisville - Funeral services for Evans Jones Brown, 70, Lewisville farmer and nightwatchman, were to be held at 2:30 pm today in the Central Baptist Church. The Rev. Ralph E. Lyles, pastor, and Ed Sparkman, pastor of the First Methodist Church, were to officiate. Burial was to be in Old Hall Cemetery under the direction of Mikel Petty Funeral Home. Mr. Brown died Monday. Survivors include his widow: one son, Edgar Ray Brown of Lewisville; two brothers, Joe Brown and Lee Brown, both of Lewisville; two grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
