Bio

When he was born on 1 March 1851, his father, Leander Elmer Mann, was 33 and his mother, Lorenza Howes, was 29. He married Emma Louise Bell on 29 March 1880, in Boylston, Worcester, Mass. They had 5 sons & 3 daughters. Lucius lived in Ainsworth, Brown, Nebraska in 1885 and then Kent, Loup County, in 1900.
