Bio

Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on September 7, 2010 at her home after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. She married James Delmar Seely on September 8, 1953 in the Manti Temple. Together, they served as temple workers in the Washington, DC, Denver, CO, and Jordan River Temples. She was well known for her poems and great sense of humor. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She adored her family. She is survived by her husband; four children, Jeff (Janice), Brent James (Karen), Debra Ann (Timothy) Arnold, and Daniel Clair (Mary K.); eighteen grandchildren; and twenty great- grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mountain Shadows Fourth Ward Chapel, 8136 South Old Bingham Highway. A viewing will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road (1700 West), and one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Redwood Memorial Estates Cemetery. Published in the Salt Lake Tribune from September 9 to September 10, 2010.
