Obituary Lucille Christensen Salt Lake City, Utah Lucille Orrock Tadehara Christensen, 81, passed away on December 2, 2019 in Salt Lake. She was born on September 18, 1938 in Joseph, Utah to Joseph Clair and Lila Rose Christensen Orrock. She married Norio Bill Tadehara, and had two children, they later divorced. She married Neal Christensen and they divorced. Lucille was a very generous person, she loved to brighten people’s day by making treats and sharing them. She loved to sew and do needle point stitch work. Many family members and friends were recipients of her hand made quilts. She loved to ski, square dance, and loved to get together and cook various dutch oven meals. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings, also an active member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She was devoted to genealogy work and finding more ancestors and their histories. Her biggest love was her family, she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lucille is survived by her children: Linda (Ralph) Goddard and Curtis (Cyndi) Tadehara; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Beverly (George) Tadehara; Elaine (Geoffrey) Harris; Anna Lou (Delmar) Seely; Donna (Tony) Kiss-Illes; great-granddaughter, Makayla Rose Vanhook. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel in Richfield, where friends may call from 9:00 to 10:30 prior to services.
