Bio

Kenneth Byrd, age 74, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010. He was born in Wellington, Texas on June 2, 1936 to William Woodrow and Ruby Elizabeth Byrd who preceded him in death along with his grandparents, Viola Forbis, H.P. Forbis, Leroy Byrd; daughter, Kimberly Sue Byrd, sons, Charles Earnest Byrd, Kenneth Edward Byrd; sister, Doris Elizabeth Hutchins; and his brother, John Byrd. He served our country in the U.S. Air Force from 1955 to 1958. He was a Master Mason and member of Masonic Lodge, Alvin #762 and a member of Order of Eastern Star's, Alvin #15 and Cleveland #465. Survivors include his loving wife, Patsy Alfred Byrd; sister, Lou Warnick; brothers, William Woodrow Byrd, Jerry Don Byrd; nieces, Kelly Ann Taylor, Debra Anschutz, Lisa Alfred, Denise Garner, Darlene Satterwhite, Nicole Byrd, Christi Alfred, Sebrina Smart, Tammy Thomas, Terri Thomas; nephews, Reed Warnick, Russ Warnick, Von Jensen, Kevin Byrd, Jimmy Satterwhite, Dave Warnick, Gregg Byrd, Jeremy Byrd, Richard A. Alfred, and Ronnie Alfred; numerous other cherished family members and treasured friends throughout the years.
