Bio

She graduated from Edgewood High School in the Class of 1915. She married George Rufus Biggs on 01 July 1915; one daughter Wilda; that marriage ended in divorce. She married Charles Leo Hitesman n 18 May 1921 in Edgewood; one son Robert; husband died in 1941. She later married Arthur William Kuhlman in 1942; he died in 1948. She retired from business in Edgewood in 1950. She died at University Hospital in Iowa City. Rhines Funeral Home in Edgewood handled arrangements. Funeral was held at the Edgewood Methodist Church. Survivors: daughter Mrs. Wilma (Wilda) Gladfelter of Mt. Prospect, Illinois son Robert Hitesman of Calmar brothers Wesley and Austin Weyant, both of Edgewood four grandchildren: Sheryl, Lynne and William Hitesman of Calmar and Thomas Gladfelter of Illinois. She was preceded by her parents and an infant brother Maurice Weyant.
