Vavak in his petition states that Joseph Vavak of Prague died in this county on Sept. 4, 1928, leaving real estate the annual profits from which does not exceed $300. Besides the widow, Mary Vavak, of Prague, the heirs are five children and one grandson. Papers are asked for Peter M. Vavak. Broz & Stanascheck, attorneys.
