Republican, Thurs., January 22, 1935, col #7, pg. 1; from the Bloomfield Library, Bloomfield, IA Frank Rector, 68, Died Early Friday Morning at Home Frank Rector, 68, years old, died early Friday morning at his home near Troy following an illness of several weeks. duration. Funeral rites were held Sunday morning at the Troy Methodist Episcopial church with Rev. Charles Fix officiating. Burial was at the IOOF cemetery here. Surviving are the widow; four sons, Elmer, Harry, Lloyd and James; and four daughters, Mrs. Lilly Wells, Mrs. Mary Wallace, miss Lena Rector and Miss Elsie Rector.
