The Banner-Press (David City, Nebraska) 11 Feb 1960, Thu Page 12 Anna Hines Obituary Funeral services were held at the Moser Funeral Home at North Bend Sunday, Jan. 31, for Mrs. Anna Hines. The Rev. L.A. Warren officiated. Mrs. Paul Wilshusen was at the organ and accompanied Mrs. Pearl Thom, vocalist. Pall bearers were Arnold Hines, Marvin Hines, Marion Moline, James Fencl, Robert Vanek and Gilbert Vanek. Interment was in the Killian Cemetery. On April 11, 1893 she was married to Frank R. Hines. They made their home on a farm south of Morse Bluff. To this union ten children were born, five of whom preceded her in death. Mr. and Mrs. Hines moved to Morse Bluff in April 1935 and lived in retirement until the death of Mr. Hines in 1951. Mrs. Hines made her home with her daughters until several months ago when she became a resident of the Beebe Best Home in Schuyler. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Louis Tenopir of Morse Bluff and Mrs. James Bunda of Linwood; three sons, Joseph, Victor and Otto, all of Morse Bluff; one sister, Mrs. Frank Sloup of Prague; one brother, Frank Nesladek of North Bend; nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. One grandson, David Hines, also preceded her in death a little over a year ago.
