Bio
Audrey L. Byers went to be with the Lord on July 14, 1998. She was born to Oscar and Myrtle McCrary on June 28, 1916 in Cullman, Alabama. She married Leland E. Byers and had three children Fred, Martha and Jean. Martha resides in Oklahoma City with husband William R. Davis, Jean resides in Concord, Ohio with husband Eric Alley. Leland preceded her in death in 1990 and her son Fred in 1995. Audrey has six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Her husband Leland was a Lt. Commander in the Navy and Audrey & Lee traveled extensively. Audrey & Lee were active members at Village Baptist Church. Audrey had a deep concern for mission work and helped in starting a church in Indiana, Galveston & other locations.
