Bio

Myrtle Sheffield was a daughter of Acker Gray Sheffield and Marion Barto Sheffield. Myrtle's siblings were John Bill Sheffield who married Lula Phillips and I. Della Sheffield who married John D. Thomason and William Arthur Helms. Myrtle Sheffield and Oscar William McCrary's marriage is recorded in Etowah County marriage book "T", page 190, December 24, 1914. Oscar William McCrary and it is believed the his spouse, Myrtle, is interred in the same cemetery. Their children included Audrey L. McCrary who married Leland Byers (buried in Oklahoma City, OK); and Mildred McCrary who married Delbert Morrison and William Eichelberger (she is buried in West Hill Cemetery); if other children, they are unknown to submitter.
