A funeral service for Annita Blevins, age 48, of Como will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church in Como, at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 5, 2010, with Rev. L. D. Baxley officiating. Interment will follow at Como Cemetery, with Tony Wiggins, Chad Gresham, Jeffrey Tarrant, Jordan Pearsall, Troy Dan Smith and Chris Pearsall serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Annita Blevins passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Kaufman on October 16, 1961, the daughter of E. T. Smith and Juanita (Tranthum) Smith. She married Ricky Dan Blevins in Athens on October 1, 1987; he survives. Mrs. Blevins was a homemaker and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Como. Other survivors include: son, Brandan Blake Blevins; daughter, Sabra Suanna Blevins, both of Como; parents, E. T. and Juanita Smith of Kaufman; four sisters, Sue Tarrant of Athens, Dianna Ochoa of Tyler, Debra Kay Barrett of Sherman and Jessie Price of Mabank and two brothers, Danny Smith of Terrell and Elvis Glen Smith of Kaufman. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny Smith and Roy Lee Smith.
