Per Kaufman Herald Obit: Lee Roy Smith of Kaufman passed away on Feb. 4, 2008 in Terrell, Texas. He was born on Feb. 9, 1957 to Elvis Theadora and Sophia Juanita Trantham Smith in Kaufman, Texas. Lee Roy was preceded in death by infant son, David Lee Smith and brother Johnny Eugene Smith. He is survived by his loving parents; daughters, Korrina Rochelle Smith of Oklahoma, Chelsey LeAnn Smith of Oklahoma; Tasha Annette Smith of Denton; grandchldren, Alexis Dhyenne Johnson, Triston Matthieu Roots, Chassidy, Autumn, Dawn and Jerry Jr., brothers Danny Smith and wife Brenda of Terrell, Elvis Glenn Smith and wife Virginia of Kaufman; sisters Sue Tarrant and husband Bobby of La Poynor, Dianna Ochoa and husband Daniel of Tyler, Deborah Barrett and husband Harold of Sherman, Annita Blevins and husband Ricky of Como and Jessie Price and husband Bobby of Mabank; nuerous nieces, nephews and other reatlives and a host of friends. Serivces will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008 at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Chapel with Rev. Elmer Rush officiating. Interment will follow at Morrow Chapel Cemetery in Ola, Texas. Family will receive friends from 6 p.m to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008 at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home in Terrell.
