The Hamilton Herald-News 08/19/1999 Jennie Alma Meissner Kneschk, 100, died Sunday, Aug. 15 at Forrest Oaks Nursing Home. Services were set for Wednesday, Aug. 18 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Timothy Carr officiating. Burial was to be at Turnesville Cemetery. Mrs. Kneschk was born March 15, 1899 in Aleman, the daughter of W.F. and Clara Pertick Meissner. She was married to Adolph Kneschk on Jan. 21, 1920. They lived in Haskell County for a number of years prior to moving to Coryell and Bosque County. She later lived in Fort Worth and Burleson, moving to Hamilton in 1993. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph Kneschk; a son, Marvin William Kneschk; three sisters and four brothers. Survivors include a son, Norman and his wife Gracie Kneschk of Hamilton; a daughter-in-law, Lila Lee Kneschk of Rendon; a brother, Eduard and his wife Leona Meissner of College Station; two grand-children; two great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren and three step-great-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Robert Meissner, Rev. Alvin Meissner, William Kopp, Robert Berry, Rev. Harold Meissner and James Ray.
