Alice Mariah was born Nov. 10, 1891 to Hannah Ellen Gibson and William Austin Key. She had nine brothers and sisters. They were Elder W.,Wesley Edith, Alerter, W.A.D., Herbert Pierce, William Brisco, Washington M.,Frank S., Bertha E. Alice married Eugene Jefferson Scroggins August 24, 1913. They had four chrildren Hannah Irene, Willie Elizabeth, Wayvard Thomas and Archie Lee. Alice Mariah passed away in San Antonio, Texas at the home of her son W.T. June 30, 1956 at the age of 65.
