The Victoria Advocate, Tuesday, July 29, 1975 HALLETTSVILLE—Mrs. Jaro Ulcak, 64, of Hallettsville, died at 7 p.m. Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 12, 1910 in Lavaca County, and was married to Jaro Ulcak Oct. 22, 1929 in Shiner. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, KJZT Society, and the Catholic Daughters. The body will lie in state at Kubena Funeral Home until 2 p.m. Tuesday, when it will be taken to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for funeral services at 3 p.m. The Rev. Stanley Petru will officiate, with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Survivors, in addition to her husband, are two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Laas of Hallettsville and Mrs. Bernard Helmcamp of Weimar; a brother, Jerry Kurtz of Shiner; a sister, Mrs. Johnnie Dierschke of Moulton; and five grandchildren.
