Christine was born in 1920. She passed away in 2009. In the 1930 census, Christina (age 10) was the daughter of Jim Kurtz in Precinct 3, Lavaca, Texas, United States. Christina married Johnnie Dierschke on 26 September 1939 in Hallettsville, Lavaca, Texas, United States. In the 1940 census, Christina (age 20) was the wife of John Dierschke in Justice Precinct 6, Fayette, Texas, United States. Christine's daughter Shirley Ann Dierschke was born on 17 December 1940 in Lavaca, Texas. Christine's son Johnnie J Dierschke was born on 9 January 1943 in Lavaca, Texas. Christine's daughter Diana Marie Dierschke was born on 14 October 1946 in Lavaca, Texas. In the 1950 census, Christina (age 30), Farm Helper, was the wife of Johnnie Dierschke in Lavaca, Texas, United States. Charistine's son Randy Dean Dierschke was born on 3 January 1955 in Lavaca, Texas. Johnnie and Christine were well know in Moulton and surrounding areas for leading the "Grand March" at weddings. This wedding tradition originated in Poland and spread to the Czech and Hungarian regions of Europe before making its way across the Atlantic. Now, the Grand March is a popular reception dance in western Kansas and Texas weddings. The Grand March holds a great deal of symbolism for the newlywed couple. Christine died on 16 December 2009 and was buried in Moulton, Lavaca, Texas, United States.
