William M. Ripper son of Joseph and Annie Ripper.William M. Ripper married Anna Kucherka on October 11,1920. _______________________________ Willie Ripper, Mrs. Besch's Father, Dies in Sleep. Funeral services for Willie Ripper,aged 74,of the Osage community were held May 29 at St. Michael's Catholic church in Weimar,the Rev.Rudolph Rolf officiating.Burial was in St. Michael's cemetery. Mr.Ripper died in his sleep before the noon meal May 27 while he was visiting in he home of a daughter,Mrs.Ernest Besch and family in Alleyton.He had been fishing with his grandchildren.He had suffered with a heart ailment for several years. Born Sept. 7.1888,he was a son of Joseph and Annie Ripper.He was a retired farmer and an army veteran,serving in France during World War I.He was married to Annie Kucherka Oct. 11,1920. His widow survives along with Mrs.Besch and 3 other daughters,Mrs.T.E. Johnson and Mrs.C.A. LaGroue Jr. of Houston and Miss Bernice Ripper of Osage and 16 grandchildren,also 2 sisters,Mrs.Rudolph Muehr of Weimar and Mrs.Charlie Beyer of Midfield. Colorado County Citizen,June 6,1963,page 1
