Bio

Mary was the only daughter and eldest child of Willard and Lillie Moore Howerton, and the wife of Oran Wilford Roberts,Sr. A member of the Gold Star Mothers Club and Order of the Eastern Star. Her only child died during WWII, and that fact was a continual bone-of-contention between herself and her husband for the rest of their lives.
