[Mr. Glatter went to the Speegleville park to fish Thursday morning with a friend.... The two men pushed Glatter's aluminum fishing boat into the water. The wind caught the boat and started pushing it out into the lake. Glatter waded in after it. He was in a hurry and did not remove his shoes. The wind kept moving the boat ahead of Glatter, keeping it out of reach. The water got deeper and he started to swim.... Glatter's body was found about 1:15 p.m. in 10 feet of water.] The West News, West, TX, Vol. 75, No. 50, Ed. 1 Fri, April 8, 1966 Pg 1 (Edited version)
