Brannon funeral Funeral services for T.A. Brannon, Rt. 4, Paris, were conducted Thursday in the chapel of Gene Roden's Sons, Directors of Funerals. The Rev. Kenneth Short officiated and burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. Bearers were Jerry Richey, Terry Richey, J.C. Crabb, George A. Williams, Daniel Shelton and Jimmy Steed. Mr. Brannon died Tuesday at his home. (Published in The Paris News, Paris, Texas · Sunday, November 11, 1979, Page 4) ----- Brannon services Funeral services for T.A. Brannon of Rt. 4, Paris, are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Gene Roden's Sons Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. tonight at the funeral home. Mr. Brannon was born March 1, 1903 in Teague, the son of Frank and Emily Brannon. He married Lena Mae Horton on Jan. 24, 1925. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lena Mae Brannon; three sons, Robert Frank Brannon of Westchester, Ohio, Kenneth Wayne Brannon of Mount Pleasant, Mich. and Ronnie Lee Brannon of Denton; four daughters, Mrs. Jo Ann Price of Maroa, Ill., Mrs. Evelena Polly of Norman, Okla. and Mrs. Mattie Ritchey and Mrs. Louise Propes, both of Paris; two sisters, Mrs. J.A. Barrett of California and Mrs. Bertha Buchanan of Oklahoma; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mr. Brannon died Thursday morning at his residence.
