Wife of Elijah David Judd. Daughter of Eli Mart and Eliza Amelia Molesworth OBITUARY THE CHARITON HERALD-PATRIOT Chariton, Iowa Thursday, June 24, 1971 JUDD Minnie Belle Mart Judd, daughter of Eli and Eliza Mart, was born on April 3, 1887, in Monroe County, Iowa and passed away at the Lucas County Memorial Hospital on June 16, 1971 at the age of 84 years after a lengthy illness. On June 16, 1904 she was united in marriage to David Judd. To this union two children were born, Everett of Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. James (Marjorie) Clester of Chariton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave, and her parents, four brothers and three sisters. Most of her life was spent in Chariton. She worked at Franks Tea Room and the Charitone Hotel until her health forced her to retire. She leaves to mourn her passing her son, Everett and his wife, Mary, and her daughter, Marjorie and husband James; one sister, Ella Hawkins of Chariton; two sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews and many friends. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. James Robertson at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 18, 1971 at the Beardsley-Fielding Funeral Home. Interment was in the Chariton Cemetery.
