State Journal-Register, The (Springfield, IL) - April 22, 1991 Deceased Name: Betty Hinds 68, of Springfield died at 11:59 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Hospital. She was born March 22, 1923, in Berlin, the daughter of Benjamin and Fannie Hanson Weger. She married Virgil Hinds and he preceded her in death in 1968. Surviving are one son, Ricky of Springfield; one daughter, Kay Hashman of Springfield; three grandchildren; and four sisters, Ethel Tankersley and Dorothy Flynn, both of Jacksonville, Pauline Kean of Springfield, and Pearl Cumby of Berlin. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Berlin Cemetery, Berlin, with the Rev. Don Wright officiating. Ellinger-Kunz and Davis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
