Bio

Samuel N. Weger Samuel Nelson Weger, 69, of Glenarm, formerly of New Berlin, died at 12:20 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Hospital North. He was a member of the South Grand Avenue Baptist Church and formerly employed by fiat-Allis Manufacturing Co. He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin H. and and Mae Hanson Weger. Surviving are his wife, Jennie (Johnson); five sisters, Mrs. Pearl Cumby of New Burlin, Mrs. Ethel T. Ankersley and Mrs. Dorothy Flynn, both of Jacksonville, Mrs. Pauline Kean and Mrs. Betty Hinds, both of Springfield; several nieces and nephews and cousins. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the McCullough Funeral Home, Loami, and burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
