From the April 18, 1955 edition of the Los Angeles Examiner, page 7; "Burton E. Kenfield; Funeral services for Burton E. Kenfield, 78, will be conducted at 1 p.m. today in Utter McKinley's Compton Chapel. Interment will be at Valhalla Cemetery. Mr. Kenfield, who lived at 704 Pannes street, died Thursday."
