Bio

Marek Baby Killed In Automobile Wreck Near West Tuesday Josephine Marek, two-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe F. Marek of near this city, was killed in a three-way automobile collision near here Christmas Eve. Her parents and Mr. and Mrs. Adolf Marek were in the car with the child and were injured, as were two Fort Worth people and a woman with three children in the other cars, although none other than the Marek child were seriously injured. The accident occurred when the Ft. Worth car attempted to pass the Marek car, both southbound, and was met by a northbound car, all three piling up. Funeral services for Josephine Marek were held Wednesday, December 25th, at 2:00 p.m. at the C.M.B. Church with the Rev. F. J. Kostohryz officiating. Interment was at Bold Springs cemetery.
